The spacious and clean room was perfect for us and our toddler to move around comfortably.

The bed was very comfy, and overall the room was tidy. The location was favourable and absolutely perfect, at walking distance from a sulfurous lake. What's more, it was next to the thermal area as well as countdown supermarket.

Very comfy bed, neat room with central heating, an ironing set, and a flat-screen TV with cable channels. Amazing friendly and affable staff, marvellous location near to good cafe, waterfront, main shops and restaurants, the thermal area and shops, eat street and the lakeside.

It was easy to find and the hosts were really helpful and friendly
We felt that the hotel was a bit too warm, however better to be too warm than too cold. We felt that the bathroom could have done with some attention and renovation

Got upgraded to a new, well-equipped studio for free because we had a little one with us - a nice touch! the location wasn't too far from a cool crater lake, which made it super convenient. 🌋 So, we were quite comfy here.

Owners were very helpful. The rooms are quite complete with small fridge and small kitchenette, ideal for having breakfast and quick meals. The small thermal pool is a good place to relax. The hotel is in an excelent location close to restaurants, the lake and several of the tourist attractions.
Some of the comforters on the beds look old and could be changed. The shower enclosure could use a good clean.

It was great to have the heated swimming pool right outside our door - we had it all to ourselves most of the time and the kids could jump straight in! Having a kitchen is always good with kids around. We also loved the closeness to the lakefront, playgrounds and the government gardens - it's nice to have places you can easily walk to.

Close to the city centre but far from the hustle and bustle. Very nice and helpful owner.Mineral pool and spa pool within steps away from rooms.
Minor inconvenience in moving up lots of luggage if staying on the third floor.
